Senior Tech Blue Sky Attorney – Securities & Compliance

Goodwin Procter LLP seeks a highly qualified Senior Attorney to join our Technology group with a focus on Blue Sky laws. You will advise on federal securities exemptions, state Blue Sky laws, broker-dealer regulations, and related compliance matters, and support securities offerings and capital markets transactions. The role requires strong working knowledge of Regulation D, Section 4(a)(2), Rule 701, Regulation A, Rule 144, and NASAA EFD filings. Experience overseeing Form D is required.
