Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional service to customers in person, over the phone, and via email
Respond to customer inquiries about products and services, providing accurate information and guidance
Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
Operate the company vehicle to perform pick-up and delivery services as needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused approach with the ability to handle challenging situations diplomatically
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
Valid NC Driver's License
