Internship Program (Summer 2027)

The Intern Program for Mutual Bancorp, Cape Cod Five, Bluestone Bank and Fidelity Bank is open for applications for 2027! This program focuses on two major pillars of personal and professional development, with learning and networking opportunities provided throughout the program. By the end of the summer, each intern will have the opportunity to learn how the Bank operates from business line leaders across the organization, obtain essential information regarding personal financial responsibility, gain a better understanding of credit, loans, benefit packages, and more. Program Details: Minimum 10 worked weeks40 hours per week Runs from May to August (flexible start and end dates)
