Litigation Attorney

Your Role: Legal Advice: Lead and manage complex litigation cases, including strategy, discovery, depositions, trial preparations, court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations Strategic: Provide strategic counsel and advice to clients on litigation risks and opportunities Collaboration: Interact directly with clients, opposing counsel, and other interested parties to achieve the most favorable outcome for our clients Compliance: Advise clients on regulatory and compliance matters related to ongoing litigation Relationship Management: Build and manage client relationships to build trust, strengthen relationships and promote business development
