Faculty - Undergraduate Business Administration & MBA

Position Summary: VACU seeks dedicated faculty to teach in the Undergraduate Business Administration and Master of Business Administration (MBA) programs. Faculty will deliver high-quality instruction, assess learning outcomes, advise students, and contribute to continuous program improvement. Teaching Areas (one or more)Accounting, Finance, Economics Management, Leadership, Organizational Behavior Marketing, Strategy, Entrepreneurship Operations/Supply Chain, Project Management Statistics, Research Methods Ethics, Global/Cross-Cultural Business

Key Responsibilities: Teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses (on-campus; hybrid/online as needed)Develop syllabi, assignments, and assessments aligned to program outcomes Advise and mentor students; hold regular office hours Participate in curriculum review, assessment, and committee service Integrate Christian worldview and ethical decision-making where appropriate

Qualifications: Undergraduate courses: Master’s degree in a business-related field (required)MBA courses: Doctorate (DBA/PhD) preferred; exceptional master’s + significant industry/teaching experience considered Proven college-level teaching effectiveness (online/hybrid a plus)Relevant professional/industry experience strongly valued Excellent communication, organization, and collegiality
