Senior Commercial Litigation Counsel

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage complex commercial litigation matters through all phases of litigation, including trial. Develop and execute case strategy while serving as a trusted advisor to clients. Handle disputes involving commercial contracts, business torts, real estate matters, construction claims, professional liability, and insurance coverage issues. Draft and argue substantive motions, pleadings, briefs, and other litigation-related documents. Manage all aspects of discovery, including written discovery, document review, ESI management, and depositions. Represent clients in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings in both state and federal courts. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, courts, experts, and other stakeholders. Supervise and collaborate with paralegals and litigation support personnel on complex matters. Participate in business development initiatives, client relationship management, and practice growth efforts.
