Venture Fund Formation Paralegal - Growth & Compliance

Considine Search is seeking a paralegal to support attorneys and senior paralegals with venture fund and emerging company work. You will handle organizational documents, partnership and LLC agreements, side letters and amendments, and investor due diligence. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, at least one year of fund formation paralegal experience, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
