Director of Rehab: Lead In-House Therapy & Quality Care

Sweetwater Care is seeking a Director of Rehab to lead our in-house therapy team in California. You will supervise all rehab staff, participate in administrative meetings, and help develop and implement new programs to improve resident care. You will ensure screening policies are followed and documentation is completed promptly, maintaining policy compliance across the team. The role requires a graduate in OT/PT/OTA or Speech Therapy with an active state license.
