Pediatric Hematology-Oncology Pharmacist

Banner Desert Medical Center in Mesa, AZ seeks a Clinical Pharmacist Specialist to support the Pediatric Oncology program. You will develop oncology care plans with the care team and investigate drug processes to optimize patient outcomes. The ideal candidate has pediatric oncology or investigational drug services experience. Shift is Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm with on-call coverage every 3rd weekend, and responsibilities include teaching and quality improvement within the Pharmacy department.
