The role offers fully remote or hybrid work options with leadership over a live docket and a team of attorneys and paralegals. The candidate will drive strategy for USCIS, humanitarian, and removal-defense matters, supervise two attorneys, and oversee related petitions, hearings, and EOIR work. Texas bar preferred, otherwise eligible in the U.S.
