What You'll Do: Perform high-quality cleanings for Airbnb and short-term rental properties Follow detailed checklists to meet quality and time standards Complete hotel-style bed making, bedding tucking, and towel folding Set up guest-ready spaces including towels, dining table layouts, and welcome baskets as requested Use cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly Remove trash and report maintenance issues, damages, or supply shortages Take required photos and complete digital checklists using company mobile apps Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and clear communication

What We're Looking For: Valid driver license and reliable vehicle required. Must be able to travel between properties. Gas reimbursement provided. Weekday and Weekend availability required. Sunday availability is mandatory Working smartphone with sufficient storage required for scheduling, checklist, and photo apps Reliable communication required. Same-day responses expected Familiarity with turnover cleaning systems such as Turno, Breezeway, Guesty, or similar STR platforms preferred Prior experience with short-term rental, Airbnb, hotel, or hospitality cleaning preferred Strong attention to detail and time management Ability to work independently and follow instructions Knowledge of cleaning products and proper usage Occasional on-call availability may be requested based on booking demand
