Caregiver / Care Partner Griswold Home Care – Greenville & Spartanburg, SCAbout the RoleWe are seeking compassionate, dependable Caregivers / Care Partners to provide non-medical home care to seniors and adults needing support. Our mission is to ensure every client lives life to the fullest—safe, happy, and supported—while creating a positive work environment where caregivers feel valued and respected. Ideal Qualifications· CNA preferred, or 2+ years of caregiving experience· OR: No experience required if you have the heart for caregiving — we will train you· Strong reliability and punctuality· Patience, empathy, and compassion· Ability to remain calm in stressful or emotional situations· Proactive and able to take initiative· Comfortable providing both personal care and companionship
Required Skills:
  • · Dementia/Alzheimer’s care· Proper lifting, transferring, and mobility assistance· Light housekeeping and meal prep· Excellent communication· Ability to follow individualized care plans· Comfort using simple, intuitive caregiver apps (training provided)

Responsibilities:
