Remote Immigration Attorney EB1/NIW, TX-Based

Corporate Immigration Attorneys seeks US immigration attorneys to prepare and file employment-based cases (EB1, EB2-NIW, RFEs). The role is remote, but candidates must reside in Texas. You will handle immigrant and non-immigrant petitions, counsel clients, and collaborate with mobility teams while supervising paralegals. Ideal candidates hold a JD or LL.M from a US school, are admitted to a US state bar in good standing, and have 1–2 years' EB1/EB2-NIW/O-1/RFE experience.
