We serve thousands of retail, hospitality, fuel, healthcare, and franchise locations nationwide with over 500 SKUs, phenol-free and BPA-free options, and a drop-ship program that gives our customers a competitive advantage.
Position Summary:
We are looking for a self-starter with a digital growth mindset to join our small, dynamic team. This hybrid role blends account development, eCommerce, marketplace growth, and outbound prospecting. You will move existing customers onto our Big Commerce platform, grow our sales on Big Box Marketplace, grow revenue within established accounts, expand our footprint across the locations of parent customers we already serve, and generate warm leads for our outside sales team using Apollo. Order entry is handled by our Customer Service team this role is focused on sales activity, digital adoption, account growth, and pipeline development. Key Responsibilitiese Commerce & Big Commerce Onboarding Lead the migration of existing customers to PRPs Big Commerce storefront set up accounts, walk buyers through ordering, reorders, and account tools, and drive ongoing adoption Track onboarding progress and online ordering adoption by account; follow up with customers who have not placed a first online order Serve as the go-to resource for customers using the online storefront, resolving questions and escalating technical issues Manage and maintain PRPs eCommerce websites, including product content, accuracy, and customer experience Support SEO and digital marketing efforts to drive website traffic, online orders, and inbound lead generation Marketplace Growth Manage the optimization and growth of PRPs presence on Big Box Marketplace Optimize listings titles, keywords, images, descriptions, and pricing to improve search ranking, conversion, and sales Monitor marketplace performance metrics, reviews, account health, and competitor activity; act on findings Manage marketplace advertising and promotions to grow visibility and revenue Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service on inventory, fulfillment, and marketplace customer inquiries Parent Account Expansion Identify locations within existing parent and multi-location customers that are not currently buying from PRP Build and run targeted Apollo sequences (email and phone) to convert those locations into active accounts Monitor franchise news and internal leads for new store openings within current franchise brands and secure their first order Coordinate with Customer Service to ensure new locations are set up correctly and first orders are fulfilled accurately Outbound Lead Generation for Outside Sales Run Apollo-based outbound campaigns to prospect new franchise, chain, and multi-location businesses Qualify interest and hand off warm, well-documented leads to the outside sales team with context and next steps Partner with outside sales and leadership on target segments, messaging, and campaign priorities Account Retention & Growth Conduct proactive outreach to active accounts to confirm satisfaction, anticipate needs, and identify at-risk relationships Introduce additional products labels, ribbons, tags, fasteners, tagging guns to accounts buying a limited product mix Execute re-engagement outreach to inactive accounts Notify accounts of upcoming price changes and provide updated pricing Leverage PRPs phenol-free / BPA-free line and compliance documentation as a differentiator Become a product expert, recommending the correct SKU for each customers POS system and environment Reporting & Coordination Maintain accurate contact records, sequences, and activity logs in Apollo Provide weekly updates to the VP of Sales on Big Commerce onboarding progress, marketplace performance, new locations converted, leads handed off, pipeline, and revenue metrics Communicate account-specific instructions and pricing nuances to Customer Service Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve shipment, product, and billing issues for assigned accounts Support the sales team at trade shows as needed Additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
Required 2+ years of inside sales, account management, or customer-facing B2B experience Experience with eCommerce platforms Strong phone and email communication skills comfortable with consistent outbound volume CRM or sales engagement tool proficiency (Apollo, Salesforce, Hub Spot, or equivalent) Organized, self-directed, and able to work with minimal supervision Attention to detail, a growth mindset, and the ability to learn quickly Proficiency with Microsoft Office Preferred Bachelors degree Big Commerce experience and/or customer onboarding or adoption experience Experience managing Big Box Marketplace seller accounts SEO or digital marketing experience Experience selling into franchise systems, retail chains, or multi-location operators Familiarity with POS consumables, printing products, or similar B2B distribution products Net Suite or similar ERP exposure Experience with NEPQ or consultative, needs-based selling What We Offer Employee ownership company stock grant plus dividends Competitive base salary plus commission Medical coverage 401(k) with employer match Accrued PTO and paid holidays Collaborative, low-bureaucracy environment with direct access to leadership
