DRIVER REQUIREMENTS: Valid CDL-AMinimum 3 months recent tractor-trailer experience No more than 4 driving jobs in the past 12 months No more than 1 on-road or DOT-preventable loss in the past 2 years No major preventable accidents in the past 5 years No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years No serious traffic violations in the past 12 months No SAP drivers acceptedACCIDENT REQUIREMENTAll CMV and personal vehicle accidents within the past 5 years, regardless of fault, require a copy of the accident/crash report.
