Trust and Estates Litigation Attorney

Duties: Conduct trials with seasoned courtroom experience. Develop and execute witness strategies for cross-examinations. Craft and deliver compelling opening and closing statements. Participate in jury selection processes. Lead trial teams as first or second chair. Engage in wills, estates, and probate litigation.

Requirements: 10+ years of litigation experience. Experience at Partner, Senior Counsel, or Special Counsel level. Proven trial leadership skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
