Concrete Foreman

About the Role: We are seeking experienced Concrete Foremen to lead structural concrete operations on major infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret site plans, grades, and elevations Manage crew productivity and equipment utilization Coordinate with surveyors for grade checking and layout Maintain daily production reports and quantity tracking Lead safety meetings and maintain safe working conditions Coordinate with other trades and utilities on site

Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in concrete operations (slab on grade, walls, elevated slabs) Experience with various types of heavy equipment Ability to read site plans and calculate quantities Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Equipment operation experience preferred
