The Role: The General Manager is the person ultimately accountable for the full performance of the location: the P&L, the culture, the team, and the guest experience. The GM leads by example, builds a team of great people, and grows a positive reputation for the restaurant within the local community. It's a high-ownership role for someone who wants to run their own business inside a proven system, not just clock in and manage a shift.
