Tax Collector 3 - Remote Customer Care & Compliance

The Tax Collector 3, Customer Care at the Arizona Department of Revenue is responsible for collecting delinquent taxes across multiple tax types, including income and transaction privilege tax. Through calls, emails, and other contacts, you will negotiate payment plans and enforce collection while educating taxpayers to promote voluntary compliance. Remote work is eligible with occasional Phoenix office presence.
