Laundry Attendant / Auxiliar de Lavandera

What You'll Do: Support hotel operations by ensuring linens, towels, and other laundry items are properly washed, dried, folded, and distributed.

Laundry Operations & Quality: Sort, wash, dry, and fold hotel linens according to established standards. Keep laundry items organized and ready for use. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the laundry room and equipment.

Linen Collection & Distribution: Maintain proper linen stock levels and distribute clean linens across departments. Pick up and transport dirty linens from guest floors as needed. Monitor and replenish towels in designated public areas. Safety & Equipment CareFollow all safety procedures when handling laundry chemicals and operating equipment. Maintain a clean and orderly work area to support safe daily operations.

Guest Service & Teamwork: Support Housekeeping and Front Desk with guest requests when needed. Provide consistent, professional service to guests and team members. Work independently while coordinating with other departments to meet daily laundry needs.

Preferred Qualifications: Previous hospitality or laundry experience preferred, but not required.

Schedule Availability: Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Ability to work shifts based on business needs in a hotel that operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
