Producing Branch Manager - Mortgage (Loan Officer to Leader)

Compensation: $80K–$220K base salary, with your starting salary set from your production history, plus commission on personal production and a branch override. Sign-on bonus available. PRMI is looking for an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer who wants to build a team and earn on its production, without giving up their own deals or getting stuck running operations. This isn't a desk-manager job. You keep originating. We supply the processing, underwriting, closing and back-office support so your time goes to production, recruiting and coaching. A dedicated division support team handles processing and fulfillment, so you aren't the one fixing files. Products to win more deals. What you'll do: Keep originating purchase and refinance loans through your referral network. Recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, a few hours a week and not all day. Lead the branch's culture and performance, and grow the branch's P&L.You're a fit if you Have about 3 years in retail mortgage origination with a steady track record. Are an active, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS). You hold a Principal Lending license, or can get one where your state requires it.
