Hybrid Senior Commercial Counsel — High-Impact NA Contracts

Monks is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to support North America with practical, business-focused guidance. The role centers on high-volume commercial contract negotiation across MSAs, SOWs, licensing, influencer and SaaS agreements, and production contracts. You will collaborate with account, growth, finance, content, technology, and data/privacy teams to enable business growth while managing legal risk. This is a hybrid Culver City, CA position.
