As an Assembly Associate at FRI, you'll be right in the action—loading and unloading parts, performing light assembly and precision inspections, following standard work, tracking production and scrap in our ERP system, and owning a safe, clean workspace with 5S standards. Every shift, you help deliver the high-quality parts our customers count on.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow visual cards and packing standards while keeping part counts dead-on accurate Inspect parts with gauges, swap reamers and pins as needed, and flag quality or equipment issues the moment they appear Move materials with a pallet jack, build boxes, help unload containers, and consistently hit productivity targets
What You Need:
Ability to follow written and oral instructions and communicate clearly and respectfully Solid basic math skills and the judgment to make smart decisions independently
Physical Requirements:
You'll be on the move—standing, walking, bending, twisting, lifting, and reaching throughout the shift. You'll also push/pull full gaylords using the proper equipment.
