This position provides support in multiple departments, helping ensure our residents receive excellent care and service throughout the day. The successful candidate will be willing to learn a variety of roles, have excellent communication and customer service skills, and be able to adapt to the changing needs of the facility.
Responsibilities:
Provide support in Housekeeping, Dietary, and Recreational Therapy departments as needed.
Assist with cleaning and maintaining resident rooms and common areas.
Assist with meal service, dining room support, and dietary tasks.
Assist residents with activities and recreational programs.
Follow department procedures and safety guidelines.
Work collaboratively with team members across departments.
Other duties as assigned.
Training:
Will receive training in Housekeeping, Dietary, and Recreational Therapy.
Ability to work in multiple departments based on daily staffing and resident needs.
Shift Requirements6 shifts per two-week pay period.4:00 PM 7:00 PM shifts, including every other weekend and holiday.
Additional Requirements:
Must be able to work the assigned position for the first 90 days of employment.
Must be flexible and willing to work in different departments as needed.
Must be able to provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and staff.
