Job Overview: Clearview Health is expanding for Open Enrollment and looking for motivated new and experienced agents who want to maximize their earning potential during peak season. This is an in-office opportunity in Boca Raton. We offer multiple schedule options, but consistent availability and attendance are required once you choose your schedule.
Job Summary:
  • At Clearview Health we focus on Hospital Indemnity/Home Health Care which provides extra cash benefits to help cover out-of-pocket costs from hospital stays and medical events.
  • This is a 1099 independent contractor sales opportunity
  • Whether you’re brand new to insurance or already licensed, we provide the leads, training, systems, and coaching to help you get into production quickly.
  • PayBase pay + commission, with additional performance bonuses available.
  • Our producers can make $6,000–$12,000+ months based on production.
Duties:
  • Speak with prospective customers by phone
  • Identify needs through discovery questions
  • Present supplemental health and hospital indemnity options
  • Follow approved sales and compliance processes
  • Complete applications accurately
  • Participate in coaching and sales development
  • Work toward premium and production goals
Qualifications:
  • New and experienced agents welcome
  • Active insurance license preferred, but not required to apply
  • Strong communication skills
  • Coachable, competitive, and dependable
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Able to maintain consistent in-office availability
