Managing Director

We are seeking a highly connected Capital Markets professional to lead origination and distribution of retail debt and note issuance. This is a senior revenue generating role for a proven capital markets professional with an established network of corporate treasurers, CFO’s and finance executives at companies actively seeking or well suited for retail note financing programs. PREFERRED PROFILE:10+ years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, corporate banking, or treasury-related roles Proven track record of originating and executing corporate debt transactions Established, strong active relationships with corporate treasurers, CFOs, and finance leaders Strong understanding of fixed income products, including retail notes,, or corporate debt issuance Experience working across origination, structuring, and distribution Deep knowledge of capital markets, interest rate environment, and funding strategies Demonstrated ability to generate revenue and operate in a client-facing, senior capacity Bachelor’s degree required
