You’ll own real workstreams, not observe them. This is a remote / unpaid role, approximately 20-25 hours per week.
What You’ll Do:
  • Investment operations
  • Support diligence on certain fund and accelerator applicants and manage operations end to end of getting founders into the LvlUp ecosystem.
  • Founder Pitch EventsManage pitch event operations, including verifying appropriate founders, coordinating with judges, setting up virtual events, and operating.
  • Content and marketing
  • LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and blog content
  • Support campaigns for new firm initiatives and programs
Ideal Candidate:
  • Can match an institutional, direct brand voice
  • Organized and detail-oriented, comfortable juggling multiple programs at once
  • Comfortable in Airtable, Claude, or quick to learn new tools
  • Interested in venture capital, startups, and how a high-volume firm operates
