As a Retail Sales Associate, you will work closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products, and recommend the right solutions. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high store visual standards, promptly resolving customer complaints, and achieving personal and store sales goals to ensure maximum guest satisfaction. Merchandising & Store Standards: Maintain selling floor presentations, restock products as needed, and uphold high standards of visual appearance and housekeeping. Inventory & Compliance: Receive and label inventory, adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines, and follow inventory control and compliance procedures. Operations & Product Mastery: Master Petersen systems and procedures to enhance selling efficiency, stay up-to-date with product features and vendor pamphlets, and keep informed on active promotions. Sales Targets & Reliability: Consistently achieve personal sales goals and maintain regular, dependable attendance and punctuality. What You'll Bring
