Key responsibilities: Analyzing and communicating options to address clients' business immigration needs Maintaining timely communication with clients during and after the application process Supervising and collaborating with supporting staff to ensure accurate application preparation and filing

Required qualifications: Valid membership in an applicable Bar association 5+ years of business immigration experience Strong knowledge of nonimmigrant visa matters and employment-based permanent residence matters Significant experience handling complex RFEs, NOIDs, and challenging case issues Experience working directly with startups and smaller corporate clients
