Remote Labor Attorney: Policy & Negotiations

The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) seeks a Labor Attorney in Labor Relations to represent the Authority at administrative hearings, arbitrations, and matters affecting contracts and policy. The role requires strong legal analysis and advocacy before labor boards and arbitrators. JD and NYS Bar are required, with a minimum of 3 years in labor relations. Full-time, 9:00 am–5:30 pm, located at 2 Broadway, with telework eligibility.
