Akerman LLP is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal (5+ years) with strong title, survey, and closings experience supporting homebuilders and developers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives managing high-volume transactions and taking ownership of deals from contract through closing.

Review title commitments, exceptions, surveys, and legal descriptions Prepare closing documents, binders, and trackers Coordinate closings, funding, and document execution Track deadlines and manage multiple active deals
