Location: Mountain View CA((#LI-Remote)with travel to events required Contract: W2 Duration: 12 months Pay rate: $80-$82 per hour on W2 #LP

JOB SUMMARY: Looking for a strategic Marketing Manager / Events Strategist to help scale its mid-market trade show and events program supporting Enterprise Suite, QuickBooks Advanced, and Services. This role will focus on developing event strategies, evaluating trade shows, driving lead generation, and creating high-impact customer experiences.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Develop event strategies aligned with lead generation, brand awareness, and revenue goals. Research and evaluate trade shows based on ICP fit, vertical priorities, and expected ROI. Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and GTM teams on event planning and execution. Track event KPIs including leads, meetings, MQLs, pipeline, and closed-won business. Manage budgets, vendors, staffing, activation logistics, and onsite event execution. Develop event messaging, presentations, demo experiences, and post-event nurture strategies.

Must-Have: SkillsStrong trade show/event strategy and program management experience. Experience with lead generation, event KPIs, and ROI analysis. Strong cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and GTM teams. Experience managing event budgets, vendors, timelines, and onsite execution. Willingness to travel and serve as an onsite lead for key events.
