WealthTech Sales & Distribution Leader (Remote)

Artha is seeking a Head of Sales & Distribution to build and lead its commercial strategy across RIAs, family offices, and institutional investors. This zero-to-one, hands-on leadership role is remote and reports to the founders and product leadership. You will open doors, generate pipeline, run discovery, develop strategic relationships, and design a repeatable go-to-market motion. You’ll shape positioning, messaging, and distribution, with risk-balanced execution.
