Facilities Specialist- Mid Level

Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee facility maintenance, repairs, vendor services, and contractor activities. Support facility projects by identifying operational and equipment access requirements. Manage workspace moves, additions, and seating assignments in partnership with Space Management. Procure parts, labor, and services by obtaining vendor proposals and managing invoices. Maintain asset records, preventive maintenance programs, and facility management systems. Track, manage, and report on work orders, maintenance metrics, and service performance. Conduct facility inspections and quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with operational standards. Utilize facility management tools to support service requests, reporting, and maintenance operations. Perform additional facility operations and administrative duties as assigned. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications: Minimum of two years of related experience. Associate degree with focus on technical, engineering, or architectural areas. Active Top Secret Clearance

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Microsoft Office suite of tools. Facility management certification preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills
