Production Operator Our customer in Monroe, Wisconsin is seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join their team as Production Operator on the AM Shift. As a Production Operator, you will play a key role in receiving, testing, processing, and load-out of products while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards. Responsibilities of the Production Operator Retrieve samples from trucks delivering products to the intake bays. Unload and perform CIP (Clean-In-Place) on all tanker trucks to meet WDA standards. Perform pH, temperature, and peroxide tests on incoming whey loads and accurately record results. Properly document and record all tanker truck CIP washes. Monitor CIP concentrations and maintain wash tanks on truck CIP systems. Complete receiving and discharge line set-up and CIP activities as needed. Perform finished product load-out activities. Complete and properly document daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly preventative maintenance requirements as assigned. Follow standard operating procedures and instructions as directed by the Plant Manager. Promote safety by participating in inspections, audits, and regular training while applying safe work practices in every task performed. Be trained and capable of using fall protection PPE, including harnesses, lanyards, and fall arrest equipment. Production Operator Requirements and Qualifications Prior cheese or food manufacturing experience of at least 23 years required. Previous machine operator experience preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude required. Ability to tolerate varying smells commonly found in a food manufacturing environment. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines. Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
