Our client, a respected and growing law firm, is seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Associate to support its Tysons Corner, VA practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-to-senior level attorney with a strong background advising high-net-worth individuals and families on sophisticated estate planning and estate and trust administration matters. Responsibilities:
  • Advise high-net-worth individuals and families on estate planning matters
  • Handle sophisticated estate and trust administration
  • Work with complex taxable estates, including estates valued at $30M+Assist clients with developing and implementing comprehensive estate plans
  • Draft and review trusts and other estate planning documents
  • Counsel clients throughout the estate and trust administration process
  • Collaborate with attorneys and other professionals on sophisticated wealth and estate planning matters
Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
  • Active Virginia Bar admission required 5+ years of Trusts & Estates experience
  • Significant experience with high-net-worth estate planning
  • Strong estate and trust administration experience xuwmhxw
  • Experience handling sophisticated taxable estates, ideally $30M+Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to independently manage sophisticated client matters
  • Location & Compensation$175K+ base salary
  • Position supports the Tysons Corner practice
  • Candidates must be Virginia barred, but may have flexibility to work from another one of the firm's offices if a different location is more convenient
