You will load jumbo rolls, adjust parameters, perform knife changes, and manage daily maintenance and spare parts inventory to ensure steady production. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, safety focus, and the ability to supervise and guide a team in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
