Senior Instructional Designer & L&D Partner

FirstEnergy is seeking a Learning & Development Rep III in Akron, OH to partner with HR and leadership to assess needs and design, develop, deliver, and evaluate learning solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness. You will manage instructional design projects, support LMS activities, and lead initiatives focused on leadership development and analytics. The role combines instructional design expertise with learning technology, LMS governance, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure
