Senior Electrical Preconstruction Manager

Job ID: 26-18498 Pay Range: $140000 - $180000/annum. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities: Lead electrical preconstruction and estimating efforts for mission-critical/data center projects. Develop conceptual budgets, detailed estimates, and cost models. Perform electrical quantity takeoffs and scope reviews. Solicit, evaluate, and negotiate subcontractor pricing. Support value engineering, constructability reviews, and procurement planning. Partner with project teams, owners, architects, and engineers during preconstruction. Assist with project scheduling, cost forecasting, and risk evaluation.
