Key responsibilities:
Develop and execute capture and growth strategies aligned with corporate objectives
Lead capture activities for strategic opportunities, including customer engagement and win-theme development
Establish and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders in government contracting and health sectors
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field required; advanced degree preferred
8+ years of progressive experience in federal capture or business development roles with ownership of capture lifecycles
Demonstrated track record of leading wins in the federal health market, including IDIQ and BPA awards
Experience negotiating teaming agreements and strategic partnerships
Working knowledge of FAR and federal acquisition processes
