Project Coordinator | Roselle, IL | $60K–$70KA growing manufacturing and engineering company in the western suburbs is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping projects organized, communicating across departments, and making sure deadlines and deliverables stay on track.
What you’ll do:
  • Coordinate multiple projects from kickoff through completion
  • Communicate with project managers, engineering, procurement, shipping, and other internal teams
  • Track project milestones, deadlines, documentation, and deliveries
  • Monitor purchasing, parts availability, and long-lead items
  • Help identify potential delays or bottlenecks and coordinate solutions
  • Maintain project documentation, cost sheets, and billing information
  • Support shipping and logistics coordination
  • Keep customers and internal stakeholders updated throughout the project lifecycle
  • What they’re looking for:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field 3+ years of experience in project coordination, customer service, sales support, purchasing, estimating, or a similar role
  • Strong Microsoft Office/Excel skills
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines
  • Manufacturing, OEM, engineering, procurement, or ERP experience is a plus
  • What’s offered:$60K–$70K salary range, with flexibility for the right candidate
