Key responsibilities:
Support design and execution of various research initiatives, including competitive deep dives and user feedback studies
Collect and analyze data to interpret trends and clarify community and business problems
Produce clear reports and visualizations to inform product, policy, and strategy decisions
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; advanced degree is welcome
1-3 years of experience in research, data analytics, or market insights
Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods, including survey design and data analysis
Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with research platforms like Qualtrics or SurveyMonkey; SQL and visualization tools are a plus
Fluency with generative AI tools for research synthesis and reporting
