Entry Level: $37-$38- Has 1-3 years' experience working as an RN. Acquired basic experience, skills and knowledge but will refer more complex issues to higher level/more experienced staff

Moderate Experience: $39-$40.75- 2-4 years of experience as an RN performing essential functions of the role Fully Experienced: $41 - $44.25- Has at least 4 years of consistent experience performing the essential functions of the role and can hit the ground running with this position
