As a Crew Member, you are part of a high-energy team that creates great experiences for our customers-whether you're interacting face-to-face or working behind the scenes. This role includes both Service (Front Counter & Drive-Thru) and Kitchen (Grill & Prep) responsibilities. Welcome customers with energy, eye contact, and a genuine smile Take accurate orders and deliver fast, friendly service Prepare food and beverages according to McDonald's standards Work as a team to keep service running smoothly during busy shifts Communicate clearly and support teammates across all areas of the restaurant Resolve customer concerns Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant at all times Clean as you go-sanitize surfaces, stock supplies, and take pride in both customer areas and kitchen spaces Assist with detailed cleaning tasks including dining room upkeep, equipment, dishes, floors, and closing routines Hospitality isn't just about what we say-it's how we work together and the environment we create.
