Field Distribution Mgr/Food Industry (Supply Chain) $120,000+Bonus (Out of State candidate- FULLY REMOTE)

Schedule: Fully Remote (for out of state candidates)M-F; standard business hours

Location: Fully Remote (with travel and to HQ in Blue Lagoon near Miami Int'l Airport)

Salary: $115,000 - $120,000

Bonus: up to 15%Benefits: generous percentage of health paid for employee, paid vacation, sick and holidays, 401k + match, other insurance and other perks, with fully remote for out of state candidates.

Job Overview: This role reports into the Sr. Manager under the Distribution umbrella. Working in a close nit team dynamic where each Manager is assigned a network of distribution centers to monitor. Experience from direct distribution center facing and managing a distribution center is ideal and or supply chain and from the Food or related Industry. This role focuses on the distribution and supply chain of how goods are transferred from the warehouse to the franchisee stores. This role manages an assigned network of distribution centers acting as a 3rd party vendor to provide food retail from center to franchisee stores. And monitors the distributor relationship from end to end supply chain service. Including storage, loading, timely arrival to franchisee locations and monitors performance metrics and KPIs. Performing on-site inspections and business reviews with the representatives and presenting results in leadership meetings including recommendations for contract renewals on renewing contracts. The ability to maintain a successful relationship with the 3rd party vendor or distribution center is critical to this role and meeting timely deadlines for a first class customer experience to franchise stores and owners. This role allows for continued growth and cultivation of skills within an organization of a Global scale.
