Hybrid Employment Litigation Associate (3-6 yrs)

Miller Nash LLP seeks a litigation-focused associate with 3–6 years of experience for our Portland, Oregon office. The ideal candidate will handle employment and general litigation, representing employers in state and federal courts and before agencies. Strong skills in motion practice, discovery, strategy, and advocacy are required; wage-and-hour class actions are a plus. Oregon and Washington licenses to practice are required; California license is beneficial.
