Head of Office Construction & Tenant Improvements

Irvine Company is seeking a seasoned Director of Construction Services to lead tenant improvements and capital upgrades within the Irvine Company Office Properties portfolio. You will oversee $30M–$50M in annual construction, directing teams through budgeting, bidding, and scheduling to meet financial and strategic objectives. You will advise internal teams on costing, constructability, and buyout strategy while coordinating with leasing, operations and design review groups.
