Fully Remote Insurance Defense Attorney

Key Responsibilities: Handle a caseload of insurance defense and civil litigation matters from inception through resolution. Defend clients in automobile liability, premises liability, general liability, and personal injury matters. Analyze claims, liability, damages, coverage issues, and available defenses.

Qualifications: 1-5+ years of civil litigation or insurance defense experience preferred. Candidates with backgrounds in personal injury defense, commercial litigation, general liability, premises liability, automobile defense, or other civil litigation are encouraged to apply. Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $150,000-$200,000 annually, plus bonus.
