Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Patent Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm seeks a Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Patent Attorney with 4+ years of experience for its Intellectual Property department in Seattle, WA. Remote work may be considered for the right candidate.

Duties: Manage biotech patent prosecution projects. Collaborate with team members while maintaining independent responsibilities. Provide exceptional client service and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements: 4+ years of experience in biotech patent prosecution. USPTO registration required. Admission to Oregon or Washington State Bar, or eligibility for reciprocity.

Education: Advanced degree in biology, biochemistry, immunology, or molecular and cellular biology.

Certifications: USPTO registration.

Skills: Excellent writing, interpersonal, and communication skills. Strong academic credentials and professional references. Demonstrated project ownership and teamwork capabilities.
