What You'll Do...Set the strategy for Women's Athletics and Classic Brands, building assortments that balance customer needs, market trends and business opportunity. Own the digital business across sales, profit, inventory, pricing and promotional strategy. Build relationships with leading national brands, negotiate for Walmart customers and identify new brands and growth opportunities. Partner with Design and Product Development to create compelling, differentiated product. Use data, customer insights and merchant instinct to spot opportunities and make decisions. Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team. Influence across Site Merchandising, Marketing, Planning and Supply Chain to bring the strategy to life.
